Responsibilities:
Drives changes in procedures, systems, or processes that would increase efficiency and reduce costs within the organization.
Work with IT leadership to define requirements and convert those requirements into technical architectures.
Provides leadership and expertise in the development of standards, architectural governance, design patterns and IT practices.
Ensure the successful delivery of projects that one is assigned to
Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following:
Excellent overall understanding of Directory Services, Storage Area Networking, Virtualization Technologies, Cloud Computing,
Networking Architecture, Diagram and Depict Complex infrastructure, Infrastructure Operations Models, Service Oriented
Architecture, High-Availability Solutions, Data Replication Solutions, and Vendor Relationship Management.
Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly varied work environment in order to maintain required productivity levels.
Passion for quality and continuous improvement of processes.
Ability to work collaboratively with other groups to ensure appropriate delivery of technical solutions.
Ability to use professional concepts and apply company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of complex issues.
Excellent creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with a desire to take on responsibility.
Ability to establish rapport and drive consensus and change at all levels of the organization.
Ability to make appropriate decisions considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions.
Ability to apply varying leadership skills and traits that create solutions and results to unexpected situations.
Ability to successfully work and promote inclusiveness in small groups.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6 years of experience in technology
infrastructure
Demonstrated experience leading a cross-functional team fostering innovation, creativity, and teamwork.
