Must Have :
3-5 years of web application development experience (front end development)
UI development experience
HTML (can write it)
CSS
Javascript
Experience with a Javascript Library (Jquery, GWT, YUI, etc.)

Day-to-Day
This consultant will be working directly with the VP of Application Development in developing the User Interface for both the external customer portal and an internal call center application, as well as possibly with mobile applications. He or she will have exposure to upper management but will be primarily responsible for the front end coding utilizing HTML and CSS3. They need both a lead and an intermediate developer (the lead will lead just the intermediate-team of 1).
