Position :SR Business Process Analyst
Location: Pittsford, NY
Duration: 6 Month
Required Skills/Competencies:
10+ years enterprise level IT infrastructure, operations and/or customer service experience
Strong Business Process Optimization (BPO) skills with a demonstrated track record of improving operational performance within a Customer Support organization
Ability to interact and lead teams of Subject Matter Experts, facilitate work shops, problem solve, generate structured documentation, appropriately confront issues
and motivate team members
IT Service Management process assessment, system requirements analysis, design blueprinting and extensive documentation experience preferably working for a
provider of IT services.
Enterprise level IT Service Management system implementation experience working with software from suppliers such as BMC Remedy, HP Service Manager,
Service Now, IBM Tivoli or equivalents
Service Desk, Incident Management, Request Management, Knowledge Management, Change Management, Asset Management Subject Matter Expertise
TIL Foundations certification or equivalent Customer facing Service management experience
Demonstrated hands on ability to utilize office productivity tools including Excel, Visio, and Access
Established track record managing multiple projects in complex, highly matrixed environment
Exceptional communications capabilities including written, verbal and presentation skills at all levels
