COGNOS Developer

The responsibilities will include:

·          Performing activities related to technical design, coding and unit testing of enhancements and defect corrections Time Keeping Reporting system that includes: activity and payroll processing; time sheet, roster, status, roll- call functionality; employee profile, leave balance, work schedule and self-care service.

·          Application, architecture and interface/integration development and maintenance.

Required Skills & Experience

·          COGNOS dimensional and DMR data modeling

·          Authoring complex COGNOS reports

·          Building Ad Hoc reporting capabilities

·          Building Analytical reports for slicing and dicing as well as drill-through

·          Using JavaScript to build custom functionalities on COGNOS reports

·          COGNOS Administration

·          Oracle 11g

·          J2EE, EJB

·          Toplink CGNOS SDK

·          Struts framework

·          IBM RAD

·          Data modeling with ER/dimensional modeling

·          SQL coding, profiling and tuning

·          Designing and developing of Oracle PL/SQL procedures, packages, triggers and functions
