Title : SQL Server Support Analyst
Location : Basking Ridge, NJ
Duration : 6+ Months Contract
Must-haves
Extensive experience and knowledge with the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack (SSRS, SSAS, SSIS), as well as Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in business analysis or similar capacity in business area as primary resource extracting and presenting data.
Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Report Builder 2.0
Ability to write complex and efficient SQL queries
Experience with Diver a plus.
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to clearly define projects, objectives, goals, schedules and assignments.
Exceptional customer service orientation.

Day-to-Day
The Business Operations Support Analyst role is to support all users of the TIMS system and ensure proper computer operation. The ultimate goal being to support day to day activity while leveraging the use of the TIMS Application System. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end users help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help desk request tracking tools as well as require the individual to give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. The duties include translation of raw data and information resources into practical, usable reports and other vehicles that support decision-making. This includes the use of various tools to manipulate data and create reports (Microsoft SSRS and Diver), the ongoing maintenance, enhancement and documentation for such solutions.
