· SCM maintenance strategies and build processes (specifically in Java-centric environment)
· Expert in Agile development methodology
· Comfortable in Linux/Unix environments
· Experience with other Rational tools, including Build Forge, as well as CruiseControl, Ant, Gradle, and other known build systems
· Comfortable with standard Java and Tomcat implementations Build and Release Systems.
· 5 years or more of experience in software and systems engineering and must be comfortable in complex SCM environments
. Familiar or Knowledge with J2EE
