Mgr needs to see additional candidates that have Sybase SQL skills along with Analysis in the job description. Mgr has included it as a must have tool.

-Gather business requirements, perform detailed analysis, and produce associated functional specs.
-Designing and Coding the technical solution required to meet business demands.
-Definition of testing strategy, timelines, scripts
-Co-ordination & support of UAT executed by business users
-Post go-live support, investigation of issues
