-                   User Interface design concepts

-                   Data Gathering methods ? Cognitive walkthroughs, Contextual Inquiry, Focus groups, Persona creation, User Research and testing

-                   GUI design and application strategy experience with emphasis on information architecture and interaction design for software applications.

-                   Experience working with project teams to help define the overall user experience strategy, create interaction models, architect effective solutions using wireframes solutions and prototypes

-                   Analytical skills with the ability to identify and communicate clients? usability challenges.

-                   Experience performing heuristic evaluations and usability tests as well as documenting results and translating the findings into design improvements.

-                   Experience in storyboard concept of UI design a plus

-                   Experience with information design and navigation systems

-                   Experience with application workflow diagramming

-                   Experience in presales activities for proposal creations

-                   Experience in Accessibility and W3c standards
