SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

•             Exposure to Avaya Interaction Center (MUST HAVE)

•             Knowledge of VB.net (MUST HAVE)

•             Experience in Avaya Voice Portal

•             Experience developing IVR applications.

•             Good Knowledge of Java, Voice XML, Web services, JDBC,  MS SQL 2005,  Tomcat, Nuance Recognition server(DESIRED)
