Very immediate need for a ASP.Net Developer//Brooklyn, NY//Full Time Position  

Job Title  : ASP.Net Developer

Location  : Brooklyn, New York

Duration  : Full Time Position

Applicant should meet all the Requirement

Technical Requirements: 

Possesses degree in a related field.

Minimum 4 years experience in the following; ASP.NET 2.0/3.5/4.0, SQL Server 2005 

Stored Procedures/Triggers, Javascript, AJAX, XML objects.

Minimum 2 years experience SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), SQL Server 

Integration Services (SSIS) experience.

Experience designing/working with applications based on both MVC (3-tier) topology and 

also business logic contained at database level (stored procedures) required.

Experience in database maintenance, database optimization, database modeling and 

design appreciated.

Microsoft Excel proficiency required.

Microsoft Access experience preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

Job responsibilities include; Designing and implementing solutions based on business 

requirements utilizing Microsoft Visual Studio .NET, and MS SQL Server, among others, to 

develop solutions relying on VB.NET et al.  Utilizing application tools to provide 

functionality, code testing, debugging, both to existing software solutions and new 

solutions central to flow of business operations.  Works under supervision of Manager of 

Software Development.

Requirements: 

Writes structured application / interface code from specifications conforming to 

established methodology and standards.

Conducts unit tests of new and existing applications.

Participates in code reviews to represent reviewed work for adherence to standards and 

specifications.

Writes or revises program documentation, operations documentation and user guides in 

accordance with standards.

Completes technical training and  company orientation as required to strengthen 

organizational and technical knownledge
