| INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE SESSIONS OF TELEPATHY | Sincerely dear Wuv-Shyong, I am delighted to see that you have taken the right decision ! We are going to work together, and so I will make arrangements to be available at the times you have chosen. Together we are going to live a very important time in your life. You are now on the way to success and I would like to guide you full heartedly. In order to fulfill your dreams, you must completely free your mind, and only then, will this help be effective and long-lasting. I will let you discover the plan that we are going to follow during the sessions of contacts. You must understand that we are friends and that your success is very important to me. We will work together during the sessions which are aimed at making you take an active part in the work I do to turn your curent life into a harmonious and happy life. It will be necessary for you, as I have told you in my latest letter, to be isolated in a room where nobody can disturb you. I, myself will work in my office. The distance is of no concern in telepathy. Wherever you are I will be in touch with you. A few minutes before the session starts, you will have to carefully clean your hands with household soap to purify them. Take a candle and go into the room where the session will take place. Light the candle, because the flame will be the shining point on which you will focus your attention. Your concentration will be very strong all through the session. Put the candle right in front of you, at a distance of one meter or so. Then take a chair and sit down. Now everything is in place to start the session. Firstly, dear Wuv-Shyong, close your eyes. Progressively relax all the muscles of your body, starting with your hands, then your arms, shoulders, back, thighs, knees and then your feet. Alternate your focus of attention on each of these parts of your body in order to completely relax. After a while you will be in a state of physical and psychological plenitude. Total relaxation requires great concentration. Don't worry if you cannot reach this plenitude straigh away, as it will improve with time and practice. This relaxation will be usefull in making you feel good again, to live in harmony with yourself. So, my advice would be to repeat this exercice every night before going to sleep, even the days we do not have telepathic contact. In this way you will sleep easily and your nights will be quieter and refreshing. To live in harmony, dear Wuv-Shyong, you have to accept your body as it is, and be aware of it. Indeed your relationships with people affect your body and your feelings. Keep your eyes closed, in a state of total relaxation. Try to forget the rest of the world. Keep concentrating on your physical feelings. Let your mind wander, let images come through your mind, and do not attempt to remember them. You should feel half-asleep, these images are only like dreams. They come from deep inside of you. After a few minutes (3 to 5), open your eyes. Stare at the flame of the candle. All your attention must be focused on the flame as it was focused on your body a short while ago. Then, while continuing to stare at the flame, think to your major problem, but do not linger on a single detail. Remain this way for a few minutes, think for yourself and for me about this problem, the way it has developed from the beginning. Begin again the exercice of relaxation, close your eyes. Be sure that all your muscles are relaxed and when you feel better open your eyes. Wait a few minutes before getting up as you may feel a little tired. You must do this entire process mind-free and effortless. Your mind must be as relaxed as your body. It is essential that you should often read these instructions to know the process perfectly during the sessions. I also ask you to be aware of your feelings, your dreams, all the changes in your life and to write them down. Do not miss out on any detail and write down everything that seems important, unusual in your daily life and in your relationships with people.
