• Experience in Point of Sale and PCMS products

Experience Required

• 10+ years industry experience required with at least 7+ years of hands-on involvement with Teradata Data Architecture (Logical and Physical Data Model development) is essential. Must have experience with very large data repositories (10+ terabytes). Good exposure to PCMS framework
• 7+ years experience in Logical and Physical Model Development.
• 7+ years experience with Teradata SQL and Teradata Utilities
• 7 + years experience working with Teradata DBMS and associated applications.
• Expert level understanding of relational database concepts, dimensional database concepts and database architecture and design.
• Extensive experience architecting OLTP/OLAP databases with enterprise modelling tools like ERStudio, Erwin, etc.

Roles & Responsibilities

:

• Communicating with client and gathering requirement.
• Managing Data architecture and models for various subject areas and assisting in solution architecture.
• Ensuring data governance, logical Teradata data modeling based on RLDM, physical Teradata implementation.
• Enforcing data architecture best practices, object migration policy and providing solution architecture for multiple projects
