Four to seven years of development experience in web-based, user facing applications with self-service transactions, Visual Studio2008, .NET3.5/4.0, VB.Net, ASP.Net, XML, XSLT, SQL Server 2005/2008, ASP.NET, SOA, web services security architecture, self-service portals

Candidates with health care background will be looked at first-
