Position: Java Developer

Location: Clarks Summit, PA

Duration: 6 Months

We are looking for a Java Developer for a contract position with one of our leading clients in Clarks Summit, PA. 

Candidates are REQUIRED to attend a F2F interview after the phone interview

Should have previous auto/home insurance experience as well as excellent communication skills –

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

-Knowledge of Auto and Home Insurance is beneficial.

-Java

-Web 2.0

-CSS

-DOJO

-AJAX

-XML

-DB2/SQL

-IBM RAD 7.0 for WebSphere

-May require a Bachelors degree in a related area and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Designs, develops, and implements software packages for web sites. Troubleshoots, debugs and implements software code.

-Has knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field (SQL, C++, HTML, CGI, JavaScript).

-Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks.

-Works under general supervision; typically reports to a project leader or manager.

-A certain degree of creativity and latitude required
