Skills Required:
3+ years of VB.Net/C#, and ASP.Net development experience
3+ years experience with .NET 2.0 and 3.5
3+ years of experience using CSS, HTML, and JavaScript (jQuery a plus)
Working knowledge of .NET generics and LINQ
Functional understanding of prevalent design patterns, including MVC/MVVM
Ability to understand, communicate, and enforce architectural and coding standards
SOA, web services, WCF, XML, SOAP/REST experience
Ability to write and debug SQL statements and procedures
Working experience with unit testing and TDD concepts
Ability to understand and utilize business requirements and use cases to create a functional design, including class and sequence diagrams
Ability to analyze and correct application performance issues
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Able to work productively with minimal supervision
Experience with silverlight, wpf, RIA
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and fundamental Computer Science concepts
