Role: Java Developer
Location: Boston MA
Duration: 6+ months
Rate: DOE
We need a Java EE/DB2 Candidate who is sharp, independent with excellent communication skills and well rounded software engineering skills – candidate will interact with our business users and Tech leads directly to support DB2 data analysis, triage and make Java EE code changes to support application in the Customer Data Domain.
Qualifications
5+ years hands on experience as a Java, DB2 developer in customer data domain.
demonstrable experience of software engineering processes, particularly agile methodologies, source code management and issue tracking systems
Experience in Websphere Application Server,
Experience in Java, J2EE, EJB
Experience in developing WS-I compliant web services
Experience in integrating and deploying processes/services using WBI
Experience in SOAP over HTTP, SOAP over JMS and MQ technologies.
Strong knowledge in writing Complex SQL Queries and Stored procedures using SQL for DB2.
Thorough knowledge in creating and designing XSD's and XML structures
Thorough knowledge in Perl and Shell scripting
Experience in Websphere Customer Center (WCC) is a plus
Experiance with Firstlogic or IQ8 or Data services for address cleansing and matching is added advantage
Prior experience in working with large databases/ data marts / data warehouse is a plus
