REQUIREMENTS:
6-10+ years of intensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large complex applications
Extensive experience with SharePoint including many of the following:
Strong Microsoft-focused experience working with MOSS 2007, SharePoint Server 2010, WSS 3.0 and SFS.
SharePoint custom web part development
Migrating environments such as Lotus Quick Place, Vignette, or Documentum to SharePoint
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Content Management Server and Web Content Management functionality contained in SharePoint 2007 including site, template, and/or master page design, architecture, security, authoring and workflow
Experience working with XML/XSL/XSD, web services, SOAP and WSDL
Thorough knowledge developing Microsoft Office 2007 solutions, including InfoPath
Deep .NET software engineering expertise
Excellent client interaction skills, including verbal and written communications
Technical and/or project management experience
Posessing a MCSD, MCAD, MCDBA, MCP certifications a plus
Experience with Fast Index and Metadata Manager
Experience with governance
Highly Desired
Experience migrating from SPS 2007 to SPS 2010
Desired
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Experience with SPS 2007 or WSS v3.0
Experience with ECM technologies such as Documentum, FileNet, or LiveLink
Experience with BizTalk or Commerce Server
MCSD or MCSD for .NET
