5 to 7 years of relevant experience
Experinece on BO - ETL tools and BO Architect who also knows administration skills, should have exposure to ETL Development 
Need more admin with setting up the standards on BO Data Integrator and knowledge on BO Web intelligence, crystal and dashboards, is good to have Need hands on experience with integration with SAP and working experinece on Enterprise BO tool Kit.
