Very Urgent Senior Test Lead with at least 10 Years of Test Leadership

Location : Mooresville, Charlotte : North Carolina

Duration: 6 montys plus

Responsibilities :

·         At least 10 years of test leadership experience

·         6-8 years of experience working within Agile development model; most of those years should be constituted in the role of test leadership.  Must have thorough knowledge of testing within an Agile project model.

·         At least 3 years of eCommerce testing leadership

·         Strong understanding of role of eCommerce within overall bricks-and-mortar retail strategy

·         Experience with Integration and System Testing, Acceptance Testing

·         Experience of non-functional testing: Stability testing, usability testing, volume testing, performance testing, destructive and security testing

·         Experience testing against an Agile software development model with knowledge of test-driven development

·         Experience leading offshore test delivery

·         Excellent communication (verbal and written)

·         Ability to work across business and technology environments to elaborate requirements and understand technical composition
