Job Responsibilities:

• Analyzes service request, does root cause and impact analysis and provide solution
• Adhere to SLA norms
• Prepare & review specifications, documentation.
• Recommends best method and tools to improve process.
• Prepare & reviews test scripts, test cases.

Skills required:

• At least two full cycle JDE project implementation and least 5-6 years of domain experience of which minimum 2 years of experience in
• JD Edwards OneWorld / EnterpriseOne.
• In-depth knowledge on General Ledger / Payroll, Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable, Purchase Order, Property Management and project job costing modules.
• Understanding of technical design, development, maintenance of JD Edwards OneWorld / EnterpriseOne
• Integration of systems within and across enterprise wide.
• Should be able to create detailed functional specifications and define technical specifications.
• Should possess excellent analytical, problem solving skills and communication skills
• Must be an excellent team player
