 sap crm Web UI Developers:-

1) ABAP Object Oriented
2) Good understanding SAP CRM Web UI Architecture - BOL Layer, GENIL Layer, Navigations, Business Role Configurations, etc..
3) Good in BOL programming
4) Exposure to BSPs and BAdi
5) Basic understanding of CRM Middleware
5) Exposure to CRM objects - Marketing, Master Data., etc..
