Job Title : QC Admin
Location : Chicago, IL
Duration : 6+ Months
 
 
This resource will be aligned to the ICD project and will most likely extend into end of 2012.
 
REQUIRED:

* Advanced knowledge of HP's Quality Center Administration, data structures & reporting
* Development background to include HP/QC API usage, VBscript, C++
* Requirements, testing, and defect management process development experience
* Experience in handling customer interface on Quality Center platform, both in person and remote (phone, e-mail, IM);
* Effectively interact with wide variety of users who have wide range of technical and/or Quality Center experience
* Effectively process multiple tasks with varying degrees of duration and difficulty;
* Successfully research and implement special project tasks, as needed;
* Experience in training, specifically creating and presenting training on Quality Center topics
* Approach problems from several perspectives to provide the "best" solution
* Independently manage work, including triage, communication, follow-thru, and resolution
