Network Engineer
Location - Detroit, MI
Duration - 12 Months
This is a high level Cisco Principal Engineer- Manager wants to see significant VOIP experience. DTE is a level three engineering organization so this resource should have many years of experience, certification and education. A Network Engineer well versed in Cisco technologies. This includes, but not limited to, VoIP, WAAS, QoS, IPAM, routing & switching. Additonal Information Provides coordination and communication for project solutions including architecting and implementing deployments of various networking technologies across local and national areas. In many cases responsible for personally architecting, implementing and supporting various networking technologies and solutions in other cases, responsible for coordinating external resources to accomplish such tasks. Data Center network architecture and engineering will be an intrinsic part of this role. Includes In depth knowledge of TCP/IP Routing Switching ACLs VLAN¿s and spanning tree Technical writing and analytical experience in debugging and diagnosing complex network issues and reporting on prognosis and or break/fix specifics.
