Duration: 6+ Months

 

The Job Description is as follows:

• Must have demonstrable Experience in leading high-level and low-level design activities for any of the portals (IBM WPS, Oracle WebCenter, JBoss Portal, Liferay Portal Server or others) projects
• Must have demonstrable experience in successfully developing & rolling out portlets
• Hands-on experience with Portal, Web Content Management, Collaboration &social tools, JSR 168, 286 standard portlets development.
• Good knowledge in Portlet life cycle, Java, JSP, HTML,  JavaScript, AJAX, Struts, JSF, and Spring.
• Experience creating community and designing community based portlets.
• Knowledge of collaboration and social features such as Wiki, Blog, Instant Messaging etc.
• Knowledge in one or more databases and SQL
• Experience integrating SOAP, REST, RSS and proprietary API's.
• Experience in writing Junit and Jmeter scripts
• Able to design and develop content libraries, asset publisher and components
• Good knowledge of design patterns and using them in projects
• Good knowledge in database concepts and writing queries
Experience in writing
• Build scripts using ANT or MAVEN
• Deployment scripts using WS_ANT
• Good knowledge of Clustering, Load balancing
• Good knowledge of configuration management and build automation
• Possess strong problem analysis skills, debugging skills
• Possess good knowledge of SSO, Portal Security, Personalization and Role based content delivery.
• Team mentoring and team management
