 Experienced Business Analyst / Risk Management / Financial Services

Vendor Management / Service Level Agreement / Contract Design, with Metrics

Wall Street

Starts within 2 weeks of interview. 2 years plus. Strong potential for extension.

ROLE:

Experienced Business Analyst to join our existing team on an Operations and Technology Risk Management program at Citigroup in NYC. This role involves the planning and design of Service Level Agreements, processes to monitor and measure those SLA's, and understanding of Contracts that would include SLA's. It requires someone with in depth knowledge of third party Vendor Management. Must have some experience in Risk Management - preferably IT or Operational Risk but Market or Credit Risk experience acceptable.
