Project Description:
Individual contributor is responsible for owning and managing all day-to-day maintenance, system administration, and performance engineering of the U-Verse IPTV Platform. This individual is fully responsible for the uptime and availability of the IPTV servers nationally.
Job Description:
Responsible for the proactive and reactive fault management of the U-verse network and support applications for corporate initiative to deliver IPTV to our customers.
This individual will work in a 24x7 environment and must be an expert on the platform they maintain and operate. They will lead technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, work around identification, testing and implementation of fixes and change management activity. They will oversee any work performed on the platform and work closely with engineering, ATS, and vendors for any upgrades or enhancements.
