Title: JAVA ESB Backend Architect

Location: Dallas TX

Duration: 4 months w/Likely extension

Job Description:

• JAVA ESB Backend Architect
• This position is responsible for JEE/Integration Design & Development for a large-scale ITIL Service Management solution.
• The application architecture consists of the Oracle Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) or OSB at the core, providing multiple integrations to distributed, disparate systems using synchronous & asynchronous communications within the OSB.
• Experience in orchestration using multiple integration technologies and implementing workflows via BPEL engine are key skills required.
• This person will be working closely with business analysts and other application developers to design and implement the JEE & EAI applications & integration solutions within this core OSB platform.

Required Skills:

• Primary Experience 6-8 years overall Java & Integration/EAI technologies
• 2-3 years Oracle ESB (OSB – Oracle Service Bus) & SOA & BPEL experience
• 4+ years overall experience in JEE & Integration technologies

Including but not limited to:

• JSP/JSF, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, JDBC, EJB, JMS, JTA, ESB, SOAP & XML-RPC over HTTP, Web Services, SOA, and Synchronous/Asynchronous Messaging, XML & XSLT
• 1+ years experience with SQL, stored procedures, and triggers Demonstrated analytical thinking, adaptability, enthusiasm and motivation
• Ability to quickly perform proof-of-concepts for validating new technology or approach
• Ability to work independently as well as in a global team setting Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Secondary Experience BEA Weblogic server, Eclipse IDE, Change Control, version control, build, and configuration management

Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
