Need: Peoplesoft HR Consultant

Location: Philadelphia, PA

Duration:  6 Months

 

Description :

• Manage team of project managers assigned to implement payroll and payroll change orders for primarily US payroll outsourcing projects

• Responsible for administrative, professional growth, performance reviews of direct reports

• Responsible for ensuring payroll projects stay on target and stay green on overall project plans for an on time go live

• Lead best practice definition/documentation efforts on-going for Payroll Tower

• Perform in PM role on projects as required

• Excellent client facing communication/relationship skills as this job requires building a relationship and gaining the confidence of the client that our organization was the right choice for them

• Ability to work as team in whole with other work stream leads , overall PMO team, payroll operations team, payroll shared service team both onshore and offshore globally

• Other projects as assigned

2 – 5 years of experience in lead roles managing payroll implementation and/or upgrade projects

3 – 5 years payroll management experience

3 - 5 years' experience implementing/upgrading PeopleSoft Payroll modules (PS 8.9 and PS 9.2 desired)
