WebMethods Developer
Duration: 6 month CTH!!!
Location: Ft Mill SC
Must be Green Card or US Citizen.
Reporting to the manager of Systems Integration in Fort Mill, SC, your role will be as a webMethods Specialist supporting the business. This role would assist with the design and development of process automation and integration solutions that leverage webMethods for the B2B and A2A systems/data communications.
More specifically, you will have to:
§ Provide operational support for existing webMethods installation by handling incidents, troubleshooting, and monitoring the flow of messages.
§ Be available after hours as required for operational support.
§ Work with application analysts to gather and document integration and mapping requirements, relate them to webMethods capabilities and conceptualize end to end integration solutions.
§ Perform all Software Development activities for proposed and existing integration solutions. This includes development of technical specifications, building of adapters, mapping, configuration, debugging, testing and documenting all integration programs.
§ Coordinate implementation across multiple cross-application teams to realize solution.
§ Maintain manuals, technical training material, and reference material.
§ Ensure system enhancements follow the appropriate IT guidelines, SOX requirements, meet or exceed user requirements and are completed in a timely fashion.
§ Review and assess future webMethods/EAI application release functionality and related emerging technology to identify impact of upgrade to existing functionality base and integration. Stay current on webMethods/EAI development technologies.
§ Possess a broad understanding of integration systems and Paper/Pulp industry requirements
§ Regularly communicate solutions, expectations, priorities, status and impacts to all level of business and IT management.
§ Partners with the technical areas in the research and resolution of system and process problems
§ Ability to understand complex software architecture and effectively communicate with team members
§ Maintains manuals, technical training material, and reference material
§ Be willing to travel, ~25% of time
§ 24x7 on-call weekly rotations
§ Flexibility to adjust work to changing business priorities
