Job Description:
Under direct supervision, assists in the analysis, design, programming, and modification of computer programs for software products and/or customer applications. Writes code and completes programming, testing, and debugging of applications. Finalizes forms, procedures, and documentation needed for installation and maintenance of application programs. May interface with marketing and users to add new or custom features to company products. Typically requires a technical degree in Computer Science or related discipline. 3-6 Years of experience
       
Role: Salesforce Administrator

At least 3 years of experience in similar position (experience in a global atmosphere is a plus).
Reports (specially matrix format) and Dashboards (knowledge of Analytics is a plus).
Security: Roles and profiles management and understanding current
configuration.
Sharing rules (very important).
Data Management (export and import data, related objects) – Maintenance
and usage of Data Loader tool.
HTML email templates, communications.
Workflows rules (including creating tasks, emails and field updates)
and approval flows
General configuration tasks (record types, management of page layouts,
field creation, etc)
Up to date: able to leverage new SF functionality for the new releases.
Visual force and Apex knowledge is a plus (but not required)
