Technical requirements.  
Experienced Java developer is a must. 
Java, Hibernate, Spring required
JSF, ICEFaces are a plus
SOA, Web Services are a plus
JUnit, Selenium are a plus
JBoss, Oracle and SQL Server are a plus
Subversion, Maven and Eclipse are a plus
