Rate: 44$/hr on C2C
Primary Function/Responsibilities:
R - Pricing IT Analyst: LOCAL ONLY! Play dual role of Production Support for Cisco's NPI business operations and Business Analyst responsibilities.
NPI Production Support:
Manage user expectation and ensure timely support on escalated cases
Provide guidance on user training cases
Provide feedback to support team based on user's experience and pain points Understand business requirements and support user in daily operations activities Recommend new system enhancements/ features
NPI Business Analyst
Analyze impacts for new scope or change requests and define business requirements
Manage Business Unit relationships
Participate in review and training sessions with team/users/cross functional teams
Worki with IT on Functional Specification Documents and reviews
Participate in test cycles for new system enhancements/features
Create training material for new system enhancements/features
Candidates must be from SF Bay Area or willing to relocate the area
