Must Be Face To Face Interview
Job Requirment:
Experience with automated acceptance testing, integration testing and performance testing
Strong test planning
Tool experience with tools such as FitNesse, Selenium, Soap UI, Winrunner, Load Runner, etc.
Experience testing on multiple browsers
The developers:
70% integration developers experienced in data orchestration, SOA, SOAP, service interfaces, APIs, etc.
30% "front end" web developers with experience in integrating user experience layer with mid-layer platforms (such as ATG commerce) and back end systems (e.g. – JSP integration).
1 or 2 should have some experience with ATG Commerce 10
Should be experienced in continuous build / continuous integration working arrangement
The testers:
Should be experienced with automated testing tools
All roles:
Must WANT to work in an agile methodology, helping to define and improve
