Lead .Net Developer

Description:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, with a strong academic background
10 years of experience working in related technologies
5 plus years of experience with object-oriented design and in-depth working knowledge of .Net
Strong web programming skills
Strong data analysis, design and testing skills
Strong communication skills, both written and oral
Understanding and some experience in Agile development
Ability to solve complex problems independently and gather expert advice as needed
Ability to work under the supervision of the team lead, to work independently, and as part of multiple teams on overlapping projects
Ability to focus on delivering results in a dynamic environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities
Web service development experience a plus
Analyze, design and implement new features/functionality primarily using the following technologies: C#, .NET, ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, WPF, WCF, WWF, HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery (or similar JavaScript framework libraries), XML/XSLT, REST based Web Services, JSON, C++, COM, and SharePoint technologies
