Reporting/Analysis:
Leading various ad-hoc and hindsight reporting
Performing ad-hoc analysis to support strategy recommendations
Trending of customer metrics (response, spend, trips etc.); interpreting those metrics to provide insight and action steps to senior leadership

QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of the direct marketing industry
Proven capacity to manage multiple and competing demands/projects and deliver against aggressive goals.
Superior communication skills, both written and oral, with emphasis on ability to succinctly present recommendations and results to senior leadership.
Capacity to work in an ever-changing environment.
Demonstrated skill in utilizing spreadsheets to perform sophisticated analyses
BA/BS or equivalent experience required
MBA/Masters preferred
10-12 years direct marketing and database planning and/or financial analysis experience, management experience
Fashion experience preferred.
