Need Oracle HRMS Functional
Location:Denver, Colarado
Duration:6months
Experience primarily in the areas of <Core HR, SSHR, OAB, OTL, Payroll, iRecruitment, OLM.
• Experience in <<US, UK, AU, Middle East >> legislative requirements
• Experience in min 2 end-to-end Implementations in Rel 12 and atleast <<1>> upgrade project (from 11i to Rel 12)
• Should be familiar with AIM Methodology
• Should be able to lead discussions with client IT and Business teams
• Full understanding of project life cycle and development methodologies
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to translate business requirements into solutions in Oracle E-Business
• Knowledge in Oracle Fusion HCM will be an added advantage
