Position: VOIP Admin

Location: Berlin, CT

Duration: 6 months

Preferred:

4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

Atleast 3 Yrs of experience in managing VOIP/PBX environment preferably the contact centers , network wide VOIP Architecture consisting multiple geographical location call manager, clusters, SRST and PSTN Gateway, Unity and UCS server

Good experience on MGCP/SIP/H323 Gateways,Exposure to performing health checkup of PRIs, conference bridges, transcoders, data replication and registrations of phones, voice gateways, configuring and troubleshooting of Cisco IP Phones, Atleast 3 Yrs of experience in scheduling of call manager and unity backups, Upgrade of call manager, VOIP Migrations, Call Accounting, Audits and Reviews,switching and routing, transport protocols, L2/L3 protocols knowledge and experience

At least 3 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment

At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process

Good Analytical, Planning, Co-ordination and Communication skills

Experience with project management

Experience and desire to work in a management-consulting environment that requires regular travel
