Role: Sr. Core Java Developer with Web Development
Location: Marlborough, MA
Rate: Open
Duration: 6+Mts
Hire over skype
Must take a technical test.

Keys to the Position:
Candidates must have at least 7 years of of Core Java experience
Spring and Hibernate experience is a must
30% of the role will be doing Web development with Javascript, HTML, JSP's and Servlets
Application Performance experience with JProfiler or YourKit or others is a must (We are currently using YourKit so this would be a big +)
Experience with Tableau would be a big +
Integration experience with a BI tool would also be a big +
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Manager is comfortable hiring via the WAVE

Job Qualifications
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills and proven ability to design and deliver solutions relevant to complex business problems.
A minimum of 5 years in systems development using Java and J2EE
Web Development experience
BI Integration experience
Strong knowledge and experience with latest Java based development frameworks (e.g. Spring 3.0, Hibernate 4.0)
Strong motivation and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment supporting a business-critical production environment
Strong analysis, design and modeling skills`
Knowledge of software development and testing methodologies and their effective application.
