Technical Skills & Knowledge:  

 

Primary Skills   :           HTML/XHTML/CSS/Javascript/JQuery developer plus designing skills (Adobe Photoshop, flash, video etc...)

 

SKILLS:

·          Proficient in HTML/XHTML/CSS with a solid foundation in Javascript.

·          Must be experienced with JavaScript libraries, particularly the jQuery, including JQuery UI.

·          Regularly keeps self informed and up to date w/ web standards and best practices.

·          Backend or server-side development is not a requirement of this position but you must be able to communicate requirements w/ developers.

·          Consistently develop clean, semantic, valid markup.

·          Practiced in progressive enhancement and understand the principles of separating content, presentation and behavior.

·          You must be a master at solving cross-browser compatibility issues.

·          A capable user of the graphics programs (Photoshop) utilized to translate design comps to web pages (this is not a high-level design job, but use of graphics tools is an essential part of the job).

·          Familiar wit other facets of interactive design and knowledgeable in properly delivering other types of multi-media (i.e. Flash / video) via the web.

·          Must have an eye for detail and relentlessly pursue excellence in build implementation.
