TSA Blog and "Secure Flight"
The TSA Blog is a great place to join the discussion on the checkpoint screening process at American airports.
One of the current topics of discussion is Secure Flight, a watch list matching program intended to enhance security and reduce the risk of watch list misidentification. This program goes into full effect today, November 1.
To comply with Secure Flight, those who are booking airline travel will need to provide their name, date of birth, and gender as it appears on a recognized government ID. Read more about Secure Flight on the blog and on the TSA website.
