Java Developer

Responsible for the design, development, testing, maintenance, troubleshooting, problem resolution, enhancement, and support of Clients business applications implemented in software. In addition, the Senior Software Engineer is responsible for participating in business analysis activities in order to ensure that software programs effectively mirror business functionality.

Qualifications:

·         Requires a Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or a closely related field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in designing, developing, and testing applications developed in a mainstream objected oriented language or any equivalent combination of education and experience.

Minimum of 3 years of experience with Java J2EE architecture, XML systems integration, application architecture, application security, database design, and object oriented design and analysis is also required.
Java certification and experience with Hibernate, Java Server Pages, Java Server Faces (& Facelets), Struts (& Tiles),
Object-oriented analysis, design, and development abilities
Database query language (Oracle SQL)
EJBs using BEA Weblogic/ Websphere Application server
Development experience writing and debugging J2EE Web applications
Experience with web languages and standards including HTML, XML, CSS and JavaScript
UNIX operating systems (Sun Solaris), Tools & Utilities
