o URL/IP resolution

o Event correlation

o Firewalls/server log reviews

• Monitoring reports

• Incident response techniques/response team

• Security metrics

• System/server acceptance testing

• Microsoft® Office, including Visio, Microsoft®-Project, Word and Excel
