  1. Should have C# programming experience.
  2. Good understanding of Object Oriented concepts and Test Automation process
  3. Experience with VSTS 2010 Test Manager is a plus
  4. Experience in developing Test Automation frameworks
  5. Agile experience preferred (experience in automation in agile using TDD/TFD)
  6. Tools TFS 2010 and QTP
  7. .net 3.5/4 framework, SQL"
