Job Description
Design and implement Java application on an Android device
Design and implement a Flash/AIR application on Windows
Participate in architecture and design discussions with customers
Work closely with the customer to provide technical consulting and estimates for feature requests.

Required Skills
5+ years of Java programming
5+ years of Flash/AIR programming
Strong experience with ActionScript 2 and/or 3
Strong experience with mobile application development, including Android
Excellent communication and customer facing skills are a must
Experience leading a small team to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Previous consulting experience is desirable
