Job Description:

across the United States. Kyyba along with our partners, offer an
array of services in Product Development, Applications Development and
Staff Augmentation. Kyyba continues to have a proven track record in
providing the resources that meet the needs of our valued clients.

Our company is currently looking for Technical Recruiters with 2+
years experience for our Chennai, India office

Profile of the candidate:

Ideal candidates must possess the following skills:

Candidate with experience in recruiting IT and Automotive Engineering
candidates would be given preference Outstanding English Written
and Verbal Communication Skills is a must since all recruitment
activities are with US candidates Excellent Organizational and
Prioritization skills Must be able to Multi-Task and possess a
Sense of Urgency Negotiation Skills Client focused and
Consultant focused attitude Extremely strong Interpersonal and
relationship building skills Candidates who are having experience /
training in Call centers are preferredØ Any experience of third
party/Tier vendor sales experience

Responsibilities:

Conduct day-to-day -Full Life Cycle- placement activities in
Kyyba Recruit US candidates via phone / E-mail Work hand-in-
hand with Kyyba US office for Contract, Contract To Hire, and
Permanent position Work with Account Managers/Tier vendors to
fully understand client requirements Internal database searches and
online searches Internet postings Referrals Work closely
with the candidates on the following Resumes Preparation and
Formatting Interview Scheduling Coaching candidates on Interview
Tips and Requirement Build relationships with third party and
tier vendors to build a healthy pipe line of requirements Co-
ordinate with other recruiters to see if they have any suitable
candidates Ensure Contractor retention by keeping close contact
with contractors in the field

Salary will be in commensurate with experience and it is not a
limiting factor for exceptional candidates
