POSITION:   SAP HR Functional Contractor

Location:   Chicago, IL

Duration:  3 months possible extension

Start:  ASAP

Rate: 50-55/hr

Details:

This role sits in HR and provides support to the Americas HR team and SAP Power Users related to

·         SAP HR data, processes, documentation and reporting

·         Power User training and communications

·         SAP HR mass changes

·         Regional projects (new locations, upgrades/fixes, new tools, etc.)

·         System questions and troubleshooting

·         Strong Project Management experience

o   Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks/projects

·         Strong Technical background (5 years +)

o   SAP HR Knowledge

§  Reporting - Standardized/Ad-hoc

§  Legacy System Migration Workbench (LSMW)

§  Org Management

§  Personnel Administration

o   Regulatory knowledge desired (i.e. – EEO-1 Reporting)

o   Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)

§  Rated ‘Expert’ in Excel

·         Strong Customer Orientation/Focus

o   Subject Matter Expert to explain technical terms

o   Single point of contact to provide resolution to clients

o   Operate with a strong sense of urgency

·         Strong Communication skills (oral and written)

·         Team player
