Location : Minneapolis, MN.
Duration : 6-12 Months

REQUIREMENTS:
Production support
Understanding of PTC Windchill* (this is a Manufacturing software - locally BSC, Medtronic, PTC & Ingersoll Rand use it)
Previous BSC or Med Device experience a plus
Supply Chain/Manufacturing experience a plus
Production Support Analyst - this person will be doing User Administration/Tier I Support for Windchill. Ex - if user can't access a document in Windchill, this person will remote in and help the user.
Provide first line production support for CRM Windchill until Windchill 9.1 goes live in June\July
This person is required to be on call for emergency issues with the application
