BARTRONICS headquartered in Iselin, New Jersey, is a leading multinational organization that has successfully served the information technology market place for over ten years. Since its inception, BAI has gained vast experience in providing quality IT solutions to its customers on time and cost effectively.
Currently we are looking for "Sr. Technical Recruiters" to keep pace with our direct clients demand for Information Technology professionals and work with an offshore recruitment team on designated client/s requirements.

Responsibilities:
· The Candidate should have extensive background in the IT staffing industry as well as hands on experience with recruitment, screening, hiring, and delivery.
· The ideal candidate will be an team player, capable of working well with the established team as well as being dynamic enough to produce new ideas and grow with our company.
· Candidate must have experience with the complete recruitment lifecycle.
· The candidate must have his own consultant's database (with complete contact details) and should be well versed with job boards like Career Builder, Dice, Monster and Professional networking sites and should be able to make quick searches to identify the right / Suitable candidate/s.
· Must be street smart in building a huge database of consultants (technology wise) and consultancy firms. Built up a pipeline of qualified candidates in anticipation of client needs.
· The candidate must come up with innovative ideas (think out of box) to recruit the best talent and be in a position to share his knowledge.
· Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates, and gain commitment from candidates for current and future job requirements.
· Complete necessary pre-employment processes including taking work authorization copy, reference checks and background checks.
· Communicate effectively with others in order to create a productive and diverse environment.
· Be available to work before/after typical office hours (and during weekends) as work may demand.
Specific Skill Sets:
· 02 years of Technical Recruiting experience in US Staffing Market.
· Must be dynamic, communicative and must be able to lead a team if required.
· Must have prior experience working with direct clients.
· Must have expertise and experience understanding different IT technologies.
· Must be well versed with work categories (H1B, W2, 1099 etc.)
· Possess strong written and oral English communication skills.
· Demonstrated ability to multitask and address the needs of clients.
· Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast paced sales environment, and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work
· requirements.
