Responsibilities and Qualifications

•           Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent

•           Demonstrated enthusiasm and aggressiveness for problem solving and ability to think outside the box to complete a task

•           Willingness to provide on-call pager support on a rotation basis

•           Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends and holidays

•           Candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years experience in Java development using J2EE 

•           The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable with common Java frameworks and have a proven proficiency with Java development in end-user applications with multiple external interfaces

•           Demonstrated experience in areas of object-oriented analysis and design

•           Demonstrated exceptional analytical and reasoning skills

•           Demonstrated experience with Supporting Production Web Based Applications

•           Demonstrated strong organizational skills with attention to detail

•           Team oriented and demonstrate excellent communication skills

•           Writing skills, to communicate information effectively to customers, managers, and technical staff

•           Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among the Application team

•           Demonstrated strong partnering
