DESCRIPTION:

-  Working knowledge of development and infrastructure process lifecycles.
-  Ability to help clients define requirements, write statements of work, marshal resources.
-  Familiarity with project management, scope control, risk management disciplines.
-  System analysis and design experience in mapping user problems to reusable design and technology solutions.-  Coordinates design reviews with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Information Security areas to evaluate possible technology solutions
-  Experience with capacity planning, sizing, fault tolerance, high availability, and load balancing in a distributed application environment.

Responsibilities: -  Analyzes business and technical requirements specified by Application Development areas for Infrastructure cross-team implications and operating environment dependencies.

-  Obtains concurrence and agreement on Infrastructure solutions from requestor throughout engagement -- coordinates design reviews with Infrastructure, Architecture, and Information Security areas to evaluate possible technology solutions.

-  Leads and enables collaboration across technology specialties.

-  Recognizes and identifies potential areas where infrastructure standards do not exist or where existing standards may need to change due to changing business requirements or changes in the technology environment and facilitates the implementation of those changes.
